Trade wars and possible recessions are taking their toll on tourist spending in the US. New York city, on course to welcome 14 million international tourists this year, is still a popular destination among tourists. But visitors from China, traditionally the biggest-spending tourists, are reducing their budgets. Nick Harper reports.
