Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 4: Mark Chay on 'sustainable inclusion' of para sports in schools

Singapore needs to play the "long game" by strengthening support for para sports to achieve "sustainable inclusion", said NMP Mark Chay. Speaking in Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 3), he stressed the need for educators to understand the Paralympics movement. He also called for more resources to be channelled to educators to bring para sports to all schools.
