Farms will be able to get more financial support as part of efforts to boost local production and buffer Singapore from global disruptions. They can get a higher co-funding quantum to adopt high-tech systems and grow their output. Minister of State for Sustainability and the Environment Desmond Tan, who announced this in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 4), said it will cater to farms of different scales and development needs to help them adopt advanced farming systems which improve productivity and resource efficiency.
