Dining-in at F&B outlets will be reduced to groups of two for people who are not fully vaccinated, Singapore authorities announced on Friday (Jul 16), alongside other measures amid a growing KTV COVID-19 cluster.  With many cases linked to the cluster, all nightlife establishments that pivoted to operating as food and beverage outlets will be suspended for two weeks.  This is the full press conference with the COVID-19 multi-ministerial task force, which includes a Q&A session with the media.
