Indonesia's health ministry has ordered hospitals to increase the number of beds for COVID-19 patients as it struggles to contain the pandemic. In Jakarta, hospitals are reporting occupancy rates of more than 70 per cent in isolation and ICU wards.  Saifulbahri Ismail reports.
