In Uganda, the COVID-19 pandemic is negatively affecting the well-being of refugees, with many living on small rations of food and water because of limited resources. Japan has become the latest country pitching in to help address the plight of Uganda's large refugee population. Hillary Ayesiga reports from Kampala.
