There is a strong pool of researchers and scientists in Singapore's Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) who are able to support the implementation of the Singapore Green Plan 2030, said Education Minister Lawrence Wong. Speaking in reply to a Parliamentary question on Tuesday (May 11), he said the Government draws on the diverse expertise available, ranging from climate science and waste management to food safety.
