More than 500 personal mobility devices have been thrown away since last week - about eight times the usual weekly numbers - after a deadly lift fire in Woodlands involving an e-scooter. Licensed recycler KGS is doubling down on islandwide collection to remove e-scooters that don't meet fire safety standards. Neo Rong Wei has more.
