Myanmar citizens living in urban areas who didn’t vote in the 2015 elections feel compelled to cast their ballots this November to help determine the country’s future. But others can only hope the elections will result in a changed fate as they won’t have a chance to cast their ballots. About 38,000 Myanmar citizens were eligible and approved to vote in Thailand’s cities of Bangkok and Chiang Mai, while more than 80,000 living in refugee camps will not have access to a voting station.
