Residents of Block 404 Sin Ming Avenue and Block 83 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh will enjoy a 50% rebate on their S&CC for May 2013, as their blocks were the cleanest among the assessed HDB blocks in Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC for the first quarter of this year.
