The UK’s hospitality sector is beginning to reopen after it came to a grinding halt at the start of 2021, when high COVID-19 infection rates led to the country’s third national lockdown. The British government has embarked on what it calls a roadmap to "normality" and the hospitality industry could reopen completely in the summer. Chris Jones reports from London.
