Residential eldercare homes in Singapore have reopened their doors to visitors, three weeks after suspending visits. As part of new measures, visitors must take a COVID-19 antigen rapid test before they are allowed in. Other measures have also been tightened to reduce the risk of transmission. Alif Amsyar reports.
