Foie gras, a French delicacy made from the livers of ducks and geese, is an essential part of Christmas in France. But in New York City, it will be banned from 2022. The production involves force feeding the ducks for 20 days, swelling its liver up to 10 times its normal size. Elena Casas reports from southwestern France.
