Teachers in the United States are now being prioritised to receive COVID-19 vaccines, with the hope of reopening schools for in-person learning. But in California, which is currently experiencing a massive surge in hospitalisations, concerns remain whether it is safe to return to school. Ira Spitzer has more from the San Francisco Bay area.
