With retirement and re-employment ages set to be raised, the truth is that there will be more mature workers in our workforce. What are some unique challenges senior workers face and how can companies help them feel more valued?

(Mature workers) have been used to be able to do things fast ... so when we become older, some of these abilities decline and it could lead to some self-confidence issues.
From the company's perspective, because the older workers have a very rich experience ... we can encourage (them) to take on a (mentoring) role ... to equip (them) with the confidence and skills to guide the younger people.
