SINGAPORE: Campaigning for the General Election began at the crack of dawn on Wednesday (Jul 1), with candidates seen out and about from as early as 7am.
All 31 constituencies are being contested, with a few surprises coming out of the Nomination Day proceedings.
In all, 191 candidates from 11 political parties and an independent candidate will contest Singapore's 13th General Election since independence.
