SINGAPORE: Even as the world faces growing uncertainty, Singapore can draw confidence from how it has confronted similar challenges in the last 60 years, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said on Tuesday (Feb 18).

Against this backdrop, he delivered his fourth Budget statement, but his first as prime minister, announcing measures to address immediate challenges while setting the foundation for greater resilience in the future. 

From cash vouchers for families to support for businesses, the range of measures will provide assistance to all Singaporeans, said Mr Wong.
