Mr Chua Jett Yong, 29, left a cushy job in a top firm in 2020 to pursue his passion for Texan barbecue.
What started as a weekend hobby turned into all-nighters smoking 300kg of meat.
He grew his delivery-only cooked meats gig into a word-of-mouth success and is now a mainstay at major food festivals in Singapore.
He now juggles parenting and meal planning for his wife’s business.
