World Aquatics Championships: Brazil beats Singapore 19-8 in opening men's water polo match
Team Singapore's men's water polo team lost 19–8 to Brazil in their World Aquatics Championship opener on Saturday (Jul 12).
The match was held at the OCBC Aquatic Centre.
Brazil dominated early, building an eight-goal lead in the first half.
In the final quarter, both teams scored four goals each.
About 300 spectators attended the match to support the teams.
