About the Show

Streaming in Singapore’s schools has been a bugbear for many students and their parents. But things may be changing. Full Subject-Based Banding was first piloted in some secondary schools in 2020. More schools have been implementing it and by 2024, all secondary schools coming on board will have done so. What is this major policy change all about? How will it impact students, teachers and schools? Evelyn Tan, television actress and mother of four, has a son who will be affected by the changes. To find out more, she will be visiting pilot schools, sitting in on classes and hearing first-hand from students, teachers, principals and parents.
