Behind The Mask: Our Healthcare Story

For three years, COVID-19 exacted a toll on Singapore’s healthcare system. In the face of an unfamiliar threat that quickly ravaged the world, many played their part to protect our nation. This series is an inside look into that battle, and how it was fought, from the perspective of those who were in the crucible of combat. A wide cast of profiles that include ministers, MOH senior management and healthcare professionals from both the public and private healthcare institutions share their thoughts and feelings, as they recall the high points and low points, the stories of sacrifice and gratitude, and other little-known details of how they and others stepped up to play their role in the fight.
