China's car sales are down for a 10th straight month, with weak consumer spending continuing to weigh on the world's largest auto market. Domestic sales dropped 21 per cent in July from a year earlier to around 1.5 million vehicles. Meanwhile China's car makers are racing to stay ahead in a slowing domestic market.
