Nepal has one of the highest fatalities from landslides in the world, according to the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization. And experts say haphazard road building and climate change have made the situation worse. This year alone, more than 350 people have died from landslides - nearly three times higher than last year - while many more have been displaced.
