COVID-19 travel restrictions eased for travellers from Brunei, New Zealand | Video

From Sep 1, some travellers from Brunei and New Zealand will no longer have to serve a stay-home notice, instead taking a COVID-19 test on arrival. Visitors from other "low-risk" locations can also serve a shorter stay-home notice of seven days instead of 14 days. Gwyneth Teo with more.
