Corporal (CPL) Kok Yuen Chin, the full-time national serviceman (NSF) who drowned on May 13 last year at Tuas View Fire Station, had given a "scared smile" and resisted as he was being lifted to be carried to the well, a fellow NSF said in court on Wednesday (Jun 12). Deobrah Wong reports.
