Josephine Teo on cybersecurity preparedness

Singapore’s critical information infrastructure (CII), Government systems and businesses have not yet fallen prey to cyberattacks, but all organisations should assume they will be breached at some point, Communications and Information Minister Josephine Teo told Parliament on Monday (Jul 26). She said the Cyber Security Agency has been working with CII sectors to move towards a "zero-trust" cybersecurity stance. Mrs Teo was answering an MP's question on whether there had been attempts to attack Singapore’s supply chain software in the past few years.
