A study showed that Singaporeans aged 18 and above spend an average of 7 hours and 26 minutes a week playing games - the highest in Asia and third highest in the world. One psychologist says people may use games as a way to cope with stress and work. Cheryl Goh finds out how the addiction starts and what can be done to tackle it.
