Myanmar’s ambassador to the United Nations Kyaw Moe Tun has urged the international community to step up pressure on the military regime, while vowing to continue resisting the junta for as long as he can. In an interview with CNA's William Denselow in New York on Friday (Mar 12), the envoy also thanked the UN security council for issuing a presidential statement to condemn the violence against protesters.
