The opening ceremony of the 31st Southeast Asian Games will be held later this week in Hanoi after a six-month delay. Host country Vietnam, which postponed the regional sporting event last year due to COVID-19, is hoping the Games will boost the recovery of its battered tourism industry. Tung Ngo reports.
