S Iswaran on keeping Changi Airport COVID-19-safe

Changi Airport is now segregated into physical zones, based on the level of risk. It processes passengers from very high-risk places at dedicated areas at Terminal 2, which is currently closed for renovation. These passengers are then transported directly to their Stay-Home Notice dedicated facilities. Changi Airport is also studying the option of using Terminal 4 for such passengers. Transport Minister S Iswaran said this in Parliament on Tuesday (Jul 6) in reply to questions from MPs. He said the priority is to keep airport workers safe, thereby protecting the wider community.
