2H2025 GLS: Private residential sites at Lentor, Kallang and Dunearn released for sale
More private housing expected, with three residential sites launched for sale under the 2H2025 Government Land Sales Programme. Together, the parcels at Lentor, Kallang and Dunearn could yield around 1,360 units. A hotel site in Telok Ayer has also been set aside under the reserve list.
