Top US and Russian officials are set to meet in Saudi Arabia to discuss a summit between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. The talks mark the first high-level, in-person discussion between Washington and Moscow in years. The Kremlin said the talks will also focus on a "possible" truce in Ukraine.
