From 2021, all work permit and S Pass holders must have medical insurance coverage of at least S$10,000 before entering Singapore. This is to cover their expenses if they develop COVID-19 symptoms or test positive within 14 days after arriving, said the Manpower Ministry. Tan Si Hui reports.
