SINGAPORE -- Greetings and salutations, fellow stargazers! This is your Showbiz Sista stifling a yawn as Bryan Wong strips down to his skivvies in public.
Just kidding! Who would ever get tired of beefed-up guys showing off their goods in the middle of the street? And Bryan, who has famously bulked up for his role as a ruffian in the upcoming Channel 8 drama Hand In Hand, can certainly deliver.
This particular practically-naked-in-public scene was filmed on Saturday -- yes, a bustling weekend and also the day of an NDP rehearsal, I might add -- at the Merlion Park. You can see the curious crowds leaning in for a gander. Ah, the things done in the name of love -- this scene is Bryan’s attempt to prove his affection for Sora. She also makes him wear a dress, by the way.
If you get involved with a woman who demands foolish demonstrations of devotion such as this, Showbiz Sista would advise you to run as far as your legs can carry you. But then there’d be no drama in the storyline, I guess -- and besides, who died and made me agony aunt? If she makes you happy, Bryan, go ahead and flaunt those pecs. The audience certainly won’t complain.
