Compass One’s annual TOTO:LY Makan Draw strikes again from July 9 to Aug 5 – and this time, it’s bigger and better than ever. With over S$15,000 worth of mall vouchers up for grabs, there are plenty of chances to hit the jackpot.

To qualify, spend at least S$10 in a single receipt at any snack stall or eatery (excluding Kopitiam) at Compass One. Double your winnings when you spend at non-F&B retailers.
Many of these establishments are also rolling out special deals in conjunction with the TOTO:LY campaign, so there are even more reasons to head down for a bite. Here’s a taste of some of the hot deals available:
CHICKEN HOTPOT (#B1-34)
Despite its name, this Shanghai-style restaurant offers three types of hotpot – chicken, beef and prawn – in varying degrees of spiciness, so there’s something for everyone. Present this story to receive a 50-per-cent discount on the first large hotpot. Customers can choose any hotpot.
SHAN CHENG (IPOH DELICACIES) (#02-28/32)
The restaurant’s name translates to City of Mountains – a moniker bestowed upon Ipoh by its residents. Fittingly, it serves up a host of authentic Ipoh delicacies, such as char siew and Shao Xing wine chicken. Get a free piece of Ipoh charcoal-baked fragrant biscuit (heong peng) with any purchase of Ipoh shredded chicken hor fun (either a la carte or as part of a set meal).
YA KUN FAMILY CAFE (#01-37)
Renowned for its traditional kaya toast, this beloved coffee shop also dishes up a slew of Asian favourites, such as laksa and mee rebus. Enjoy a free regular cup of coffee or tea with any purchase of an Asian Signatures dish after 5pm.
AH MAH TRADITIONAL HOMEMADE EGG SPONGE CAKE (#B1-42)
Sink your teeth into the shop’s signature sponge cake, a soft, fluffy confection that’s made from just three simple ingredients: Eggs, milk and flour. Buy a flavoured cake and enjoy a 20-per-cent discount on the original cake. Patrons aged 65 and above enjoy a 20-per-cent discount on any flavoured cake. Valid from 11am to 8pm daily.
PENANG CULTURE (#03-13)
Sample a smorgasbord of Penang’s famed hawker fare, from Penang fried kway teow to Penang rojak, at this popular restaurant. Enjoy a one-for-one deal on Penang Culture’s signature dish – Penang assam laksa.
HONG KONG SHENG KEE DESSERT/PAU (#B1-47/48)
While this cafe specialises in Hong Kong desserts such as mango pomelo sago, there are also plenty of other signature dishes on offer, such as wanton noodles and carrot cake. Customers can enjoy a one-for-one deal on the cafe’s monthly promotional dish.
SOUP RESTAURANT (#03-12)
Have a taste of Singapore Chinatown heritage cuisine that is whipped up using recipes from nation-building Samsui women. Enjoy their signature Samsui ginger chicken and Chinatown fried rice at only S$25. Valid for dine-in only.
JACK’S PLACE (#04-07)
Jack's Place is a trusted favourite among family and friends for sizzling steaks, specialty meals and sumptuous cakes at great prices.
Present this story to enjoy one free scoop of gelato (worth S$3.20) with any ala carte main course ordered. This offer is limited to a choice of one flavour and one topping and is valid for dine-ins from Mondays to Fridays.
BITE AND WIN
For each weekly draw, Compass One will select six F&B retailers at noon on the following Monday, which will be announced on its Facebook page (CompassOneSingapore) and on the counter display at the mall’s Level 3 Customer Service Counter.
If you have dined at any – or all – of the featured F&B retailers the previous week, you’re in luck. The more retailers you’ve visited, the higher the rewards. For instance, if you had dined at all six eateries the previous week, you will get a S$200 Compass One voucher (limited to the first three shoppers). If you had visited only two out of the six retailers, you will receive a S$5 voucher (limited to the first 100 shoppers).
You can also double your winnings if you had spent at the mall’s featured non-F&B retailer the previous week. This additional retailer will be announced at noon on the following Monday via the channels mentioned above.
IF YOU’D RATHER SHOP …
If you’re not big on food, fret not – shopaholics can still get rewarded with the mall’s Big Sweep Shopping Surprise, which will also run from July 9 to Aug 5.
Spend at least S$100 across a maximum of three same-day receipts to redeem attractive prizes. From July 9 to 22, you will receive a silicone cover set. From July 23 to Aug 5, you will get a S$5 Compass One voucher. Prizes are limited to the first 3,000 shoppers on a first-come, first-served basis.
