Thailand records current account surplus of $2.2 billion in July

BANGKOK :Thailand recorded a current account surplus of $2.2 billion in July, the central bank said on Friday.

The economy slowed in July from the previous month and is expected to slow further in August as consumption weakens and U.S. tariffs affect exports, it said in a statement.
