Terence Tan's wife, Sze Hian, was diagnosed with dementia about eight years ago. Amidst Sze Hian's cognitive gaps and personality changes, Terence initially felt lost. But things turned around when he found help from the mental health and caregiver support organisation, Mindfull Community. Terence, who's in his sixties, reflects on how he's grown through this journey, and shares the two songs from which he draws comfort and strength — one of which reminds him of the lifelong journey they've pledged to take with each other, hand-in-hand.
