Economists surveyed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) have raised their median forecast for 2025 gross domestic product growth to 2.4 per cent, reflecting stronger-than-expected momentum in the first half of the year. But economists anticipate growth to slow to around 1.9 per cent in 2026, hinting at more subdued momentum ahead.
