Mathis – an American based in Singapore – will talk about how he started the ancient art of linocut printing and why his artworks/T-shirts feature famous local eateries like Chin Mee Chin Confectionery, Ponggol Nasi Lemak, and Boon Tong Kee.

Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim (Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of National Development) will talk about what’s new this year, the 360-degree stage with four strategically designed F&B zones, and the daily performances. One of the bazaar’s over 500 stallholders is Raimy Tan, a Chinese Muslim entrepreneur co-running hawker stall BROSTERN. Tan will talk about the bestselling fusion dishes he and his family members are serving up at the bazaar.
