President Xi Jinping is rolling out the red carpet for some 50 leaders of African nations, as they gather for the biennial Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) summit. Debt and funding issues are in the spotlight as much of the continent seeks to define its relationship with Beijing, while facing its own economic woes.
