Over the weekend, Pyongyang again fired cruise missiles into the sea. Many commentators believe the recent North Korean actions and rhetoric do not appear out of the ordinary, but two veteran Pyongyang watchers recently wrote that they believe Kim Jong Un is preparing for war.
