8 in 10 agree that having a good social relationship with their neighbours is important, according to a study commissioned by the Municipal Services Office. But barely half are willing to give back to their communities and help solve key neighbourhood issues like excessive noise and cluttering. CNA938’s Arnold Gay and Andrea Heng spoke with one of the partners of the study, Associate Professor Ho Kong Chong from the Urban Studies programme at Yale-NUS College, who broke down the findings.
