Daily Cuts - Bullying in Singapore’s schools: More incidents or more exposure?
About two in every 1,000 primary school pupils and five in every 1,000 secondary school students report bullying incidents each year. While MOE cites a steady number of cases, social media has raised the profile of such incidents – enough for school bullying to be a topic of discussion in Parliament this week.
