Burnt Ends is a restaurant that’s still smoking hot, more than ten years after it was established. Reservations open 45 days in advance but are said to be fully booked out within a few seconds. Perhaps it's because Burnt Ends has maintained its One-Michelin star since receiving the award in 2018. Besides its highly acclaimed bar and grill, Burnt Ends has a popular bakery-café at its Dempsey premises. And now, its founder Dave Pynt has released a new book that chronicles the origins of the restaurant. Eat Drink Singapore's Chew Wui Lynn finds out how he hopes to cement his legacy with his new book, and what else is on the horizon after all these stellar achievements.
