A community-focused travel platform, his first adventure was a ski expedition (titled: the Great Singapore Ski Trip) to the French Alps, a place that is special to him. The Singapore Police Force says the total number of scam and cybercrime cases rose by more than a quarter to around 33,600 in 2022 from the previous year. In particular for investment scams, they are known as ‘pig butchering schemes.’ The scam involves entering into a romantic relationship with a victim, before asking them to put their money into a fake investment scheme.
