Former president Donald Trump is now partially shielded from prosecution following a ruling by the Supreme Court comprising a Republican supermajority — the cases against him will likely be delayed to January, or even dropped if he wins the November election. But does this, together with the incumbent’s stumbles during the presidential debate, equate to an outright Trump victory?
