Justina Pang spent about five years as a police officer, including a year in the special victims unit. She was inspired by her grandfather, a police officer who sustained a gunshot wound while fending off a robbery. But she decided to hang up her crimefighting uniform to prevent an increasingly worrying type of crime — scams. As an anti-scam specialist with Singapore's largest bank, DBS, Justina helps protect customers from losing their savings — and peace of mind — to unscrupulous scammers.
