A former regular personnel with the Republic of Singapore Navy, Travin Singh has successfully navigated his way through the choppy waters of the F&B industry and is now setting sail for new horizons in the Land of the Rising Sun. Travin is the founder of LESS & Co, a Singapore company which produces premium beverages from surplus food. In this conversation, Travin reflects on putting himself through university while in the navy, how he dived into entrepreneurship and landed partnerships with luxury hospitality brands locally and in Japan, and why he'd tell his younger self to "trust the process".
