Daily Cuts - More inclusive designs and features in our buildings

We’ve heard of baby diaper changing stations in toilets. But not so much for adult changing stations. Bird Paradise received an award at the recent BCA Universal Design Excellence Awards just for that. Caregivers can now change diapers of wheelchair-bound adults with ease. It’s all part of the Building and Construction Authority’s plan to encourage developers and architects to be more inclusive in their designs.
