Our population is not just ageing, but ageing rapidly. By 2030, one in every four Singaporeans will be aged 65 years and above. And that means more family members will need regular care. It’s a concern especially since family sizes are shrinking. But NTUC has some recommendations to help employees who are caregivers of elderly family members.
